A complete look at your retirement across all five areas: income, taxes, healthcare, legacy, and investments, so nothing gets missed or left to chance.

1

Discovery Meeting

A relaxed first conversation to get to know you, not your account balances, what you're looking forward to, and what's keeping you up at night. It's complimentary and comes with no obligation; we're listening, not selling.

The South Shore Retirement All Hands Analysis Process logo

The heart of what we do. Our full team reviews all five areas of your retirement at once, because in retirement, they don't exist in isolation; a tax move can affect your Medicare premiums; your income plan affects what you leave behind. You come away with a clear picture of where you stand and specific recommendations for what we can do.

  • Income: Will your money last as long as you do?
  • Healthcare: Are you ready for what Medicare doesn't cover?
  • Taxes: Are you keeping as much of your money as possible?
  • Legacy: Will your wishes actually be carried out?
  • Investments: Is your portfolio built for retirement, not just growth?

3

Onboarding Meeting

We'll have your paperwork ready to sign so you can come aboard, including any accounts we need to open, like IRAs and brokerage accounts, and the investment advisory agreement. We'll explain each document, what it's for, and what comes next. Your understanding is our priority, so ask us anything.

4

Allocation Meeting

This is where all the pieces come together. We put the recommendations in motion, repositioning investments for income, timing Roth conversions, coordinating withdrawals, and aligning beneficiaries. If you already have a CPA or attorney you trust, we work alongside them, not around them. The result is one coordinated plan, not a collection of separate products.

5

Client Strategy Sessions

We don't call these "client reviews," because a review only looks at the past. We have Client Strategy Sessions because what matters is looking ahead. Retirement isn't a finish line. Markets, tax laws, health, and life can all change, so we meet regularly to keep your plan on course.

"We think we're okay, but we're not really sure." I've heard that more times than I can count, from people who worked hard and did everything right. The trouble is that retirement is rarely looked at as a complete picture, folks get advice on their investments, or their Social Security, or their estate, but almost never all five at once. We built the All Hands Analysis® over more than a decade, right here in our community, to close those gaps. Not as a checklist, as a conversation.
