Mark E. Rowlette | President & Founder
Mark was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He obtained his degree in Accounting/Finance and Business Management from Dublin Business School. In the late 90’s Mark immigrated to the United States to start his career as a financial consultant at the age of 21.
Mark’s experience and education allows him to help his clients with a wide range of services that include using insurance and annuity products for Estate Planning strategies, Social Security Maximization, Municipal Pension strategies, and Guaranteed Income Distribution. In partnership with his attorney network, he also makes available to his clients Wills, DPA, HCP, Trusts and Estates.
His ongoing commitment to helping his clients has positioned him as one of the youngest producers ever to qualify for the prestigious Top of the Table designation with Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international organization established in 1927, which admits members based on total sales production and their commitment to strict ethical conduct.
Mark works to help ensure his clients’ retirement years are comfortable, and happy – because nobody should worry about running out of money.

Bill Caldwell, P.C., Attorney at Law
Bill Caldwell is an experienced attorney with extensive knowledge of estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, probate court matters, and tax planning. His expertise is in federal and state estate taxes, federal gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and the design and implementation of estate plans of all levels of sophistication, from basic to high-net-worth, with the emphasis on the legal needs of working couples with growing families.
Bill has supervised the administration of estates of all sizes, including multi-million-dollar estates, through the entire probate court process, and prepared and filed federal and state estate tax returns when required.
Bill’s experience permits him to provide clients with high-quality legal services promptly, efficiently and economically. When litigation becomes necessary, whether the matter be straightforward or complex, Bill zealously advocates on behalf of the client.

Mike Pinkham, CPA
Mike Pinkham is a Certified Public Accountant who received a MS in Accounting from Suffolk University and a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College. Mike began his career in operations at State Street Bank before making the switch to public accounting. He has over five years of experience serving both individual and business clients with a range of tax preparation, a and advisory services. He is passionate about helping others and enjoys taking a proactive approach to meeting his clients’ needs. Outside of work, Mike serves as Treasurer and board member for The Coalition Against Pediatric Pain, a local non-profit, and enjoys surfing and playing basketball when he has the time.
Dave Pinkham, CPA
Dave Pinkham is the sole owner and founder of David M. Pinkham, CPA, LLC, originally started in July of 1987. He graduated with a BS in Accounting from Stonehill College and received his MS in Taxation from Bentley University. With over 37 years of public accounting experience, Dave is well-versed in a wide variety of accounting and taxation issues.
His firm provides quality financial statement preparation, tax and advisory services to a diverse client base, and has extensive experience in review and compilation, tax planning and preparation, accounting and management reporting needs.
Dave is also active in his local community, having served for the past eight years as a director for Coastal Heritage Bank based out of Weymouth. He also serves as chair of the finance committee, treasurer and member of the board of governors for Hatherly Country Club in Scituate.
